We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and cash. Payment is collected at the time of service. Tipping is optional and always appreciated — it can be added to your card or given in cash.

A skin fade blends the hair all the way down to bare skin for a crisp, modern look, while a taper haircut blends gradually without going fully to the skin. Can I get just a line-up without a full haircut?

Yes. A line-up is a standalone service that freshens your existing cut between full appointments. We use precision trimmers to define your forehead, temple, and sideburn lines. Most line-ups take 15–25 minutes. Book a line-up on its own or add it to any haircut.

Yes. Buzz cuts are one of our most-requested quick services. We can do a uniform buzz, a faded buzz, or a styled buzz with a defined line-up. Buzz cuts are fast, affordable, and a great option for clients who want a clean, low-maintenance look.

How do you sanitize tools between clients?

We follow strict sanitation protocols on every appointment. Clippers, trimmers, scissors, and combs are cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectant and Barbicide between every client. Single-use blades and neck strips are used where applicable. Hygiene is non-negotiable at Highlight Clips.

Do you bring your own equipment and products?

Yes. Our barbers arrive with a full kit — clippers, trimmers, scissors, capes, brushes, combs, styling products, and sanitizing supplies. You don't need to provide anything except a chair and enough space to work. We bring the barbershop to you.

We use disposable neck strips, single-use straight razor blades, and disposable combs where appropriate. Reusable metal tools are disinfected between every client. This dual approach keeps every appointment clean, safe, and professional.

What do I need to prepare before my appointment?

Just provide a chair and enough space for the barber to work — a 5x5 foot area is plenty. A nearby outlet for clippers is helpful but not required. Wash your hair the day of the appointment if possible. That's it — we bring everything else.

Most haircuts take 30–45 minutes depending on style complexity. Skin fades and detailed work can take 45–60 minutes. Full grooming packages typically run 60–90 minutes. We never rush — your barber takes the time needed to deliver a precision cut.

What happens if my barber is running late?

We'll text or call ahead if there's any delay — usually due to traffic or a previous appointment running over. We respect your time and never no-show. If we're more than 15 minutes late, we'll let you know and offer to reschedule or shorten the visit at no extra charge.
